Thou wilt show me the path of life, and I shall be filled with the joy of thy countenance…
Lamsa Bible Translation: Psalm 16.11
The joy of the Lord God is within and around me. I live in the sunshine of eternal truth and beauty. I love and understand life. E. Holmes Science of Mind p. 261.2
I created you human beings because I desired to see you lead a joyous life.
Tenrikyo. Ofudesaki 14.25
In spontaneous joy is rising the mystic melody; In the holy Word my heart feels joy and perpetually disports. Sikhism. Adi Granth, Majh, M.5, p. 97
The Infinite is the source of joy. There is no joy in the finite. Only in the Infinite is there joy. Ask to know the Infinite. –Hinduism. Chandogya Upanishad 7.23
The Infinite is the Holy, the Wholeness. It is the source of all life and the essence of love and joy. I celebrate this knowing!
In this moment, I feel filled with this presence and more completely accept that it is the joy of the One that energizes and is my life. Once more there is another opportunity to return from the far country of hesitation or doubt, into the sunshine of eternal life, united with the Infinite.
I speak my word for each person reading this prayer. Even though we may be separated by time or geography, we are truly one in The One. Whatever our current path of understanding, there is the siren song, the mystic melody enticing us to return to “the Center” within God. Every return is greeted with a reconnection, the loving open arms and “voice of Spirit” whispering, “Welcome home, dear one! All is well with you!”
With deep-felt gratitude for the opportunity to speak this Truth, and for knowing that it is so, I release this affirmative prayer into the Divine Creative Mind, into the Law of Being. Let us dance and sing and rejoice together in the Joy of Spirit! Spirit is handling everything. And so it is! Amen!
